[Defendant T]

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are not narcotics handlers.

1. On July 8, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received approximately 0.03 grams of the psychotropic drugs owned by T, which are psychotropic drugs listed on the tables, with T’s consent; (b) received them by inserting approximately 0.03 grams; (c) around that time, the Defendant 505 of the said W hotel included approximately 0.03 grams of the opon phone and administered them in a way of taking them together with water.

2. Defendant T

A. A. Around June 12, 2016, the Defendant administered a crophone medication 1 by means of cropsing the smoke generated by heating approximately 0.2 grams of oponon in the Namyang-si, X apartment 4002 and 203, in a cropsing machine, using a cropsthing tool. (2) around June 12, 2016, the Defendant administered a cropsing system using a cropsing tool, which does not know the trade name in Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-do, with approximately 0.2 grams of oponon in the cropsing system.

3) Around June 13, 2016, the Defendant administered Z apartment 113 Dong 403, Zphonephone 0.1g, in a way of scoping using a copon inhaler, which occurs by inserting copon. 4) around July 8, 2016, the Defendant administered the copon using a copon inhaler inhaler 501g, which occurs by inserting approximately 0.1g of scoponon, from the copon, around July 8, 2016.

B. Around July 5, 2016, the Defendant purchased philophones with approximately KRW 200,000,000,000 from the Plaintiff, to the one-person (one-person AB) in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and purchased approximately 8.7g of philophones.

C. Around July 8, 2016, the Defendant provided W hotel 501 located in Seocheon-si V with approximately 0.03g of philophones owned by the Defendant, which was placed on his/her tables, to A.D.

At around 10:20 on July 8, 2016, the Defendant holding phiphonephones is located in W hotel V in Seocheon-si, 501.
