[Defendant A] Defendant A is punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and six months.

However, the above punishment shall be imposed for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants of the 2016 Highest 3304 are not the handlers of narcotics.

1. Defendant A

A.
