A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Around May 8, 2016, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.04 g of psychotropic drugs - from E, Metepics (one penphone; hereinafter referred to as “philophones”) at the office of D located in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju.

2. On May 8, 2016, the Defendant administered approximately 0.04g of opphonephones in the house of D located in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, in a glass pipe with D and E, and administered them by a method of drinking by using a opphone inhaler inhaler, which occurs by heating 0.04g of opphones.

3. On June 7, 2016, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.04 gramphones from E in the house of D located in Gwangju Mine-gu, and purchased approximately 0.04 gramphones from E in KRW 100,00.

4. On June 7, 2016, the Defendant administered approximately 0.04g of oponphone in the D’s house located in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, with a nameless box (hereinafter “F”), in a glass pipe, and administered a smoke generated by heating f.04g of oponphones by using the copon inhalers.

5. On July 24, 2016, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.12 gramphones from E in front of H located in Gwangju Mine-gu G, and KRW 200,000.

6. On July 24, 2016, the Defendant administered H toilets located in Gwangju Mine-gu G by inserting approximately 0.03g oponphone into a glass pipe, and administering smoke generated by heating fopon into a glass pipe using the opon inhalers.

7. On July 24, 2016, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03 grams at the Defendant’s house located in Gwangju Mine-gu I, in a glass pipe, and administered in a fluencing manner a smoke generated by heating 0.03 grams by using the philophone inhalers.

8. On July 25, 2016, the Defendant administered H toilets located in Gwangju Mine-gu G by inserting approximately 0.03 grams into the glass pipe with a smoke generated by heating 0.03 grams into the glass pipe, using the philophone inhalers.

9. On July 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around the Defendant’s house located in Gwangju Mine-gu I, approximately 0.03g of phiphonephones.
