Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

However, it is against the Defendants for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are not narcotics handlers.

1. Defendant A

A. On March 28, 2016, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s home located in Gwangju Mine-gu, administered approximately 0.04g of psychotropic drugs, in a glass pipe, using a philopthon inhalers, to put about 0.04g of psychotropic drugs (hereinafter “one-person clopon”, hereinafter “copon”).

B. On May 14, 2016, the Defendant administered approximately 0.04g of oponphones, along with the Defendant’s house located in Gwangju Mine-gu, in a glass pipe, and administered them in a way of drinking by using a copon inhaler in a copon inhaler, which occurs by inserting approximately 0.04g of oponphones into a glass pipe.

C. On May 21, 2016, the Defendant administered approximately 0.04g of oponphones, along with the Defendant’s house located in Gwangju Mine-gu, in a glass pipe, and administered them in a way of drinking by using a copon inhaler in a copon inhaler, which occurs by inserting approximately 0.04g of oponphones into a glass pipe.

2. Defendant B

A. On May 14, 2016, the Defendant administered 0.04g of philophonephones in A’ house located in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, in a glass pipe, and administered smoke generated by heating 0.04g of philophones by using philophone inhalers.

B. On May 21, 2016, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.04 grams from I to 10,000 won from I’s house located in Gwangju Mine-gu H.

C. On May 21, 2016, the Defendant administered approximately 0.04g of philophonephones, along with A, E, and G, in a glass pipe, using a philophone inhales inhaleing machine, which occurs by inserting approximately 0.04g of philophones into a glass pipe. D.

On June 21, 2016, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.04 grams from I to 10,000 won from I’s house located in H of Gwangju Mine-gu.

E. On June 21, 2016, the Defendant put approximately 0.04g of philopon into the glass pipe around Gwangju Mine-gu J 205 and 0.04g of philopon.
