[Defendant A] Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and six months.
However, the above punishment shall be imposed for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendants are not narcotics handlers.
1. Defendant A
A. On May 8, 2016, at around 03:00, the Defendant administered 0.04g of philophonephones in the Eophone located in Gwangju Mine-gu, using the rophone inhalers, to put them into the glass pipe with approximately 0.04g of philophones, as well as with F, G, and H, and to put them into the glass pipe.
B. At around 23:00 on May 14, 2016, the Defendant, at the seat of the J in Gwangju Mine-gu I, administered approximately 0.04 grams of oponon into the glass pipe with the J, name-free persons (one name “K”, and L”), and administered them using the opon inhaler in a way of drinking the opon.
C. At around 22:00 on May 21, 2016, the Defendant, at the seat of the JJ located in Gwangju Mine-gu I, administered approximately 0.04 grams of oponon into the glass pipe with the J, name-free persons (one name “K”, and L”), and administered it using the opon inhaler in a way of drinking the opon.
At around 21:00 on June 4, 2016, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.02 gramopon from the N's house located in Gwangju Mine-gu, and administered approximately 0.02 gramopon around 50,000 on June 4, 2016 at the defendant's house located in Gwangju Mine-gu P building 201, and 0.02 gramopon-phones by using fopon-phones as soon as possible, at the defendant's house located in Gwangju Mine-gu P building 201 on June 4, 2016.
E. At around 00:40 on June 12, 2016, the Defendant sold approximately 0.04 gramphones to F in Emina located in Gwangju Mine-gu, and KRW 100,000,000.
F. Around 02:00 on June 19, 2016, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.02 gramphones from G in front of the Emina Bank located in Gwangju Mine-gu, and KRW 50,000.
G. On June 19, 2016, at around 02:10, the Defendant administered approximately 0.02 grams in the Defendant’s house located in the Gwangju Mine-gu P building 201, and opened approximately 0.02 grams in the family on a day, and used as soon as possible any smoke generated by heating fire.
