A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. A. On June 8, 2017, the Defendant, at around 16:50 on June 8, 2017, went to death without calculating the amount equivalent to KRW 8,000 of the market price of the victim owned by the Defendant, and the amount equivalent to KRW 10,00 of the market price.

B. Around June 14, 2017, the Defendant, at around 12:30 on June 14, 2017, did not calculate whether the market price of the same victim under the above E, owned by the same victim, was 9,700 won or not, and went back to death.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property two times.

2. Counterfeiting a private signature.

A. On June 14, 2017, around 13:15, the Defendant: (a) voluntarily accompanied the G district located in the Manan-gu F when he was aware of the theft of the said thief; and (b) carried out and exercised the I, a friendly child, who is the head of the police station affiliated with the said Manan-gu, demanded the Manan-gu H to sign the voluntary accompanying consent; (c) the Defendant forged the Man-gu’s signature by writing I’s name in the voluntary accompanying consent with the Man-type pen; and (d) the Defendant issued the forged Man-gu letter to H as if it was duly formed.

B. Around June 14, 2017, the Defendant: (a) forged a private document forgery on the written statement; (b) forged a private signature on the written statement; and (c) forged a private document to verify the fact that he/she stolen at the lower end; and (b) forged an I’s name on the written statement in the name column of “I”; (c) forged a private document to prove the fact that he/she stolen at the lower end; and (d) forged an I’s signature on the written statement in the name column of “I”, “I” on the gender column; and (d) forged an I’s name on the written statement in the written statement in the name column of “K”, “J” on the resident registration number column; and (e) forged a private document to prove the fact that he/she stolen at the lower end; and (e) forged the I’s name on the written confirmation of the investigation process.

The defendant is well aware of his circumstances.
