A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 27, 2016, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) voluntarily accompanying the Defendant to voluntarily commit an indecent act on the road in front of the Daegu East-gu Belel on the road; (b) the Defendant did not carry an identification card upon the request by police guards D, etc. of the C police officers belonging to the Cbel, dispatched upon receiving a report of 112;

At the same time, pro-friendly E's resident registration number is the defendant's resident registration number, and the other person's resident registration number was used unlawfully.

2. On July 27, 2016, the Defendant: (a) signed the signature of the above “E” in the “E”); (b) forged the signature of the letter of voluntary accompanying; and (c) exercised the signature of E by delivering the document of voluntary accompanying to D, who was affiliated with the Daegu Dong-dong Police Station C police station located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, as if the Defendant committed an indecent act in relation to the forced indecent act case, and voluntarily accompanied E in relation to the case of voluntary indecent act; (b) forged the signature of the above letter of voluntary accompanying for the purpose of exercising as if he were E; and (c) in the same place, he exercised the signature of E by delivering the document of voluntary accompanying to D, who was affiliated with C police station of the Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul

3. On July 27, 2016, at the Daegu Dong-gu Police Station located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant: (a) received an investigation from an assistant F of the said police station in relation to a compulsory indecent act case; (b) entered the name “E” in the name column of the written statement for the purpose of exercising as he/she is pro-friendly E; and (c) made F, who is aware of the fact, enter the name in the form of “E” in the form of confirmation column of the investigative process confirmation; (d) forged the written name without authority for the purpose of exercising the private person’s name by making him/her enter the written statement and written confirmation of the investigative process confirmation; and (e) subsequently, he/she issued the said F a false written statement and written confirmation of the investigative process to the said F, thereby exercising the name of E.
