Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, with the trade name of “(State)C”, has carried on meat sales business on the D branch of Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and carried on livestock products distribution business on D1st and on D1st, respectively, and has carried on meat sales business and meat packaging business on the D2nd floor with the trade name “(State E) E.” and meat sales business on the F branch.
