Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a meat store with the trade name “D meat point” in Ulsan-gu C and 108.

No person shall sell livestock products, the distribution deadline indicated on the relevant livestock products, or treat, process, pack, use, import, store, transport or display such products for the purpose of sale.

Nevertheless, on January 24, 2017, the Defendant stored in the freezing room and refrigerating room, respectively, for the purpose of selling 4 km marked as of January 21, 2017, the distribution period, including 9.82 kg, Han-do, Han-do, which was marked as of May 22, 2016.

The defendant and his defense counsel asserted to the effect that the distribution deadline of the cooling machine is 45 days, while the distribution deadline of the freezing machine is 2 years, and the scrapers stated in the judgment of the court (hereinafter "the instant scrapers") shall be applied 2 years, which are the distribution deadline of the freezing machine and the freezing machine. Thus, they cannot be deemed to be the livestock products for which the distribution deadline expires, and thus, the crime of this case is not established.

In other words, Article 33 (1) 8 of the Livestock Products Sanitary Control Act does not sell livestock products, or process, process, pack, use, import, store, transport or display such products for sale, which have passed the distribution period indicated on the relevant livestock products.
