Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 80,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is a person who engages in meat sales business under the trade name of “C” located in Seojin-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B.

No person engaged in the meat sales business shall sell livestock products for which the distribution deadline marked on the relevant livestock products expires, or process, process, pack, use, import, store, transport or display such products for the purpose of sale.

Nevertheless, around August 28, 2015, around 15:07, the Defendant displayed the “C” amounting to 1,050 knife of the Defendant’s management on August 27, 2015, and sold KRW 9,900 to the name-free customers who found the place for sale at the display stand, which is equivalent to 1,050 knife of the Defendant’s management.

As a result, the Defendant, as a meat seller, displayed and sold livestock products for the purpose of sale.
