Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates meat packaging business with the trade name “D” in Scheon-si, and E is the Defendant’s wife.

1. Where a person who has obtained permission for meat packaging business alters a raw material storage room, meat treatment room, packing room, or freezing or refrigerating room, he/she shall obtain permission for alteration from the competent authority;

Nevertheless, in collusion with E on May 2015, the Defendant removed the work room used as D's meat treatment room without obtaining permission for change from the competent authorities.

2. No livestock products, the distribution deadline indicated on which has passed shall be sold, nor disposed of, processed, packaged, used, imported, stored, transported or displayed for sale;

Nevertheless, on April 26, 2016, the Defendant, in collusion with E, stored on March 4, 2016, for the purpose of selling fresh 13 stuffs (130 Ma) and fresh lives (130 Ma), the expiration date of which was until March 4, 2016, by November 22, 2015.

3. Each meat packaging business operator shall prepare documents concerning receipt and payment of raw materials for raw materials, documents concerning production and work records, and transaction details concerning the date of production, production volume, sales place, volume of sales, etc. for each unit of production of goods, in order to ascertain the production and sales volume of raw materials by making use of raw materials and recording the details of products sold, and shall keep such documents for a period of two years from the date of the final entry, and shall not prepare false documents;

Nevertheless, the Defendant in collusion with E, while operating meat packaging business chain from February 7, 2014 to April 26, 2016, failed to keep transaction documents, such as documents on receipts and disbursements of raw materials, documents on production and work records, such as production and work logs, and product transaction documents.

4. Any person who intends to operate a livestock products sales business shall install the facilities pursuant to the provisions of Acts and subordinate statutes and report it to the competent authority.

Nevertheless, the Defendant conspired with E on July 22, 2014.
