The sentence against the accused shall be set forth as a fine of four million won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is an operator of “C” and “D” in the same place as the meat packaging business entity in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City.

1. Any meat packaging business operator who violates the standards for labeling of livestock products shall place a label meeting the standards for the name of the livestock products, the type of processed livestock products, the name of a place of business, the location of a place of business, the date of manufacture, the date of distribution, the quantity of livestock products, the names of raw materials and their contents, nutritional ingredients, etc. with respect to livestock products, and shall not sell livestock products, or process, pack, store, transport or display them for sale, unless such label is indicated;

Nevertheless, at around 11:30 on March 15, 2016, the Defendant kept in the freezing room in the above business establishment for sale 29 small packaging meat without any indication as to the product name, the type of processed livestock products, the name of the business establishment, the location of the manufacturing site, the date of the manufacturing, the date of the distribution, the quantity of raw materials, the name of raw materials and contents, the nutritional ingredients, etc.

2. No person shall sell livestock products, the distribution deadline of which expires, or process, process, pack, use, import, store, transport or display such products for sale;

Nevertheless, at around 11:30 on March 15, 2016, the Defendant kept 10.5km, 654gh, 654g, and 1kg amount in the freezing room of the said establishment for the purpose of selling a livestock product, the circulation deadline of which is a livestock product.
