1. The defendant is against the plaintiffs each money and plaintiff BB indicated in the "amount of seals" column for the list of total cited amounts in attached Form 2.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The defendant is a public corporation established pursuant to the Regional Credit Guarantee Foundation Act to facilitate its financing by guaranteeing the obligations of small enterprises, etc. located in Gyeonggi-do, and to contribute to the economic activation of the region through efficient management and operation of credit information. The plaintiffs work as an employee of the defendant or retired person.
B. Of the Defendant’s remuneration regulations, welfare regulations, and selective welfare program operation guidelines, the main contents of the instant case are as follows.
The ordinary wages referred to in Article 3-3 (Ordinary Wages) shall be determined, periodically and uniformly, as follows:
(1) Employees in the annual salary system: The base salary, the class of position, the amount of salary, the amount of salary, the amount of salary, the amount of salary, the amount of salary, and the amount of commuting expenses. Article 34 (Persons Eligible for Payment) (1) Basic bonuses shall be paid only to the employees of class V or below who are in office as of the payment date.
Provided, That those who are temporarily dismissed or suspended shall be excluded.
(2) The bonus for the establishment of a new anniversary shall be paid to all executives and employees currently in office as of the payment date.
(3) Detailed matters concerning the payment of bonuses shall be prescribed separately by the chairperson.
The welfare expenses for the welfare of employees under Article 8 (Payment of Welfare Expenses) of the Welfare Regulations related to household subsidies and holiday leave expenses may be paid within budgetary limits as follows:
