Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The defendant is a company that carries on the information processing service business of financial investment-related institutions, financial investment companies, and other organizations, and the plaintiffs are workers in general service belonging to the defendant.
(b) the definitions of terms used in Article 3 (Definition of Terms) of the Rules of Employment, etc. [201 Remuneration Regulations] (Definition of Terms) are as follows:
1. The term “compensation” means the standard salary, allowance, and bonus;
4. The term " bonuses" means regular bonuses, incentives, bonuses, and special bonuses;
Article 7 (Calculation of Remuneration) (1) In any case, remuneration shall be paid on a daily basis as of the date of issuance in all cases, such as recruitment, reinstatement, leave of absence, promotion, demotion, change of occupation, reduction of salary, etc.
Provided, That in cases of retirement, the full amount of the monthly remuneration shall be paid.
Article 28 (Payment of Bonuses) (1) Regular bonuses shall be paid 400% per annum, and incentives bonuses shall be paid 200% per annum.
Article 29 (Payment Object and Criteria) (1) Bonuses shall be paid only to those who are in office as of the payment date.
Provided, That those who are temporarily laid off or suspended shall be excluded.
(2) Bonuses shall be the sum of the standard salary, job allowances and computer management allowances as of the payment date, and the payment rate shall be the amount.

Article 26 (Standards for Payment of Bonuses, etc.) (1) A regular bonus shall be paid 400% per annum, and a differential payment may be made to employees of the class III or higher division under the conditions as separately determined by the president.
