Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall engage in speculative acts by using slot machines or speculative gaming machines, other than speculative business, and shall engage in the distribution or use of ungrade game products, and exchange the tangible or intangible results obtained by using game products.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while operating C (the head of a business), D (the head of a branch), E (the head of a branch), and illegal gambling rooms, provided customers with “marine camping machine,” which is one of the self-driving gaming machines, and recruited customers to exchange points obtained by customers.

Accordingly, from February 8, 2017 to December 17, 19:30 of the same month, the Defendant leased a space for a game room from the second floor of the FF building in Daegu-gu to the 17th day of the same month upon request from Ma-dong C, and C installs 40 game machine for the “sea-to-sea” game with funds and the “sea-to-sea-to-sea” game, D recruits with the president of the Republic of Korea, and the Defendant performs the role of confirming the points remaining in the game machine, and exchanged 40 game for the above “sea-to-sea-to-sea-to-sea” game with 5,000 won for customers’ use, and exchanged 4,500 won for each gift coupon with 5,000 won for each gift coupon, which is the amount obtained by deducting 10% out of the total amount.

As a result, in collusion with C, D, and E, the Defendant provided customers with non-graded game water, and the customers engaged in the business of returning tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game water, and the Defendant engaged in speculative activities using speculative gaming machines as a business.
