A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

3,000,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On February 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) operated the “E Gameland” in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, as a partnership business with C; (b) provided customers with a “sea-to-sea game machine; and (c) exchanged the score obtained by customers; and (d) recruited F, G, and H, as the chief of the management department or employee, to participate in the operation of the said game hall.

Accordingly, from February 11, 2015 to March 16, 2015, the Defendant, as a joint unemployment with C, established 20 games in the “E Gameland,” a total of 20 games, and 40 games, a “sea extension game,” which are all used in the “E Gameland,” and took part in the operation of the said game, such as: (a) the game, which was not classified into 60 games by installing a “sea extension game” program in the 60 games; and (b) the game, which was not classified into her class, provided many and unspecified customers with the “sea out game” game machine, and exchanged the scores obtained by the customers at KRW 4,500 per unit; and (c) the F, as the so-called “the so-called “the president of the branch”; (d) registered the said game site in its name, attracts customers, or manage the said game site on behalf of the Defendant and C; and (e) G and H, as an employee, participated in the operation of the said game by exchanging.

As a result, the defendant in collusion with C, etc. provided customers with non-graded game products, and had customers engage in business of exchanging tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game products, and had them engage in speculative business using speculative gaming machines.
