1. Defendant A’s imprisonment in October, Defendant B’s fine of KRW 1 million, Defendant C’s fine of KRW 2 million, and Defendant D.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant D’s sole crime (the first crime relating to F Gameland) committed by Defendant D from January 31, 2015 to the same year.
2. From the end of 25th day of the Daegu Dong-gu G and the third floor “F Gameland”, a total of 20 game machine, and a total of 40 game machine, a “sea-to-sea-to-sea-to-air” game machine, which was installed in the total of 60 game machine, provided a game product and a “sea-to-sea-to-air game” game machine to many unspecified customers and exchanged the score obtained by customers into 4,500 won per unit.
As a result, the defendant provided game products not classified as rating to customers, provided customers with the use of game products, conducted a business of exchanging tangible and intangible results acquired through the use of game products, and conducted speculative acts using speculative gaming machines as a business.
2. On February 2015, Defendant D’s joint crime (H Gameland-related crime) committed by the Defendants in the “H Gameland” located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, in addition to the above additional method in the “H Gameland”, and Defendant A, as the chief of the management department and the head of the management department, is the so-called “bow president,” who is going to undergo an investigation on behalf of Defendant D when registering and controlling the above game site in his/her name. Accordingly, the Defendants established the said “H Gameland” from February 11, 2015 to March 16, 2015; Defendant D installed the 20 game machine, the entire use of which is a game machine, and the 40 game machine, “sea credit” in the total of 60 game machines, and did not receive ratings by installing a “sea camping” program in the total of 60 game machines.
