A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 3,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.
The Defendants respectively.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. No person who intends to engage in speculative activities by using slot machines or speculative gaming machines, other than speculative business, shall engage in such speculative activities, nor distribute or use game products which have not been rated, nor shall he/she engage in such business as exchanging tangible or intangible results obtained by using game products;

Accordingly, from September 4, 2016 to December 25, 2016, the Defendant provided 40 games in the Daegu-gu, Seo-gu, and the second floor without a trade name; C, as the actual business owner, provided 40 games in the “sea-to-sea” game; D manages cash and account books; provided her name; provided her name; provided her name; and exchanged her name; and exchanged her name; and the Defendant provided 40 games in the “sea-to-sea” game; provided 500 won per gift coupon acquired by the customers; and exchanged 5,000 won per cash again; and she exchanged 10% per 5,000 won, which is the amount obtained by deducting 10% of the points.
As a result, the Defendant provided customers with non-graded game products in collusion with C, D, and E for use, had customers engage in the business of returning tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game products, and had them engage in speculative activities using speculative gaming machines for business purposes.
2. Defendant B, who was de facto in a de facto marital relationship with C, was running by C in an illegal gambling room (such as violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning Regulation and Punishment of Speculative Acts, Etc.).
