Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

1. Forging a private document;

A. On January 2, 2014, the Defendant entered “C”, “D”, “E”, and “C” in the mobile phone number column in the column for application for change of terminal/USIM, at the SK Telecom Office located in the Guro-si B, and signed on the name side of the applicant’s name after stating “C” in the column for application for change registration.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a device/USIM change application in the name of C, a private document on rights and obligations.

B. Around February 10, 2014, the Defendant entered “C”, “D”, “E”, “E”, and “C” in the column of application for change in a device/USIM application at the above location, and signed “C” on the name side of the applicant’s name after entering “C” in the column of application for change change, “E”, and “C” in the column of application for change.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a device/USIM change application in the name of C, a private document on rights and obligations.

On July 8, 2014, the Defendant signed “C”, “D”, and “C” in the State column in the name of customer information column for application for subscription to a mobile phone name change contract at the above location, and “C” in the State column, after stating “C” in the Dong-si, North America, and the applicant customer column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged one copy of the mobile phone name change contract in the name of the private document C, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. Exercising the relevant investigation document;

A. Defendant 1-A, at the same time and time as described in the above paragraph 1-A, issued an application for the change of forged device/USIM to the above SK Telecom agent employee who is aware of the forgery at the same time and time as described in the above paragraph, and exercised it as if it were duly constituted.

B. The Defendant, at the same place as described in the above paragraph 1-b. At the same time, was granted to SK Telecom employees and exercised this by the aforementioned method.
