On May 9, 2014, the Defendant, at H agency located in Daegu Northern-gu G on May 9, 2014, connected to the system of SK Telecom Smart Pamper, without obtaining consent from R, entered the name, resident registration number, etc. of the said R in the column of the “application for change of short-term terminal/USIM” in the personal information column of the “application for change of short-term terminal/USIM,” and written the “T” in the mobile phone column and written the “R” in the application customer column and written the electronic signature “R” in the name adjacent thereto.

As a result, the Defendant forged the electronic records of others on rights and duties with a view to making the management of business affairs of the SK Telecom Communication Company.
