Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Forging a private document;
A. On October 10, 2013, the Defendant entered “D”, “E”, and “D” in the resident registration number column and address column in the “E” and signed on the name side of the applicant’s customer column, using the tample to the “T Service New Contract” at the “C” mobile phone sales store located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, and signed on the name.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged 1 copy of a new contract for SK Telecom Services in the name of SK Telecom in the name of private document D (G).
B. On December 1, 2014, the Defendant, at the above “C” mobile phone sales store, entered the “T short-term / USIM change application form” in the name column of the applicant customer information, using a folding pen, and signed the “D” in the applicant customer column with the name attached thereto.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a copy of “T short-term / USIM application” in the name of D, which is a private document related to rights and obligations.
2. Exercising the relevant investigation document;
A. The Defendant filed a new contract for the service of the SK Telecom, forged in the name of D at the same time and place as the above 1-A, with an employee with whom the name of the above “C” mobile phone sales could not be identified, as if the new contract was duly formed.
B. The Defendant submitted to an employee with whom the name of the “C” mobile phone sales store could not be identified as if the “C” mobile phone sales application was duly duly formed, which was forged in the name of D at the same time and place as the above 1-B, at the same time and place as the above 1-B.
