Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 14 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

From April 14, 2014 to August 28, 2015, the Defendant served as an employee in Company B (hereinafter “B”).

1. When the Defendant prepared an application form for mobile phone subscription in the name of C, which is a part of society, he/she had a mind to apply for a mobile phone in his/her name, using the fact that C’s personal information data are stored in the computer system.

A. On January 12, 2015, the Defendant: (a) forged a copy of a written application for change of a device/USIM in the name column for the change of a device; (b) in the name column for the application form for change of a device/USIM; and (c) forged a copy of the written application for change of a device/USIM in the name of the applicant customer column; (c) around that time, the Defendant, who was aware of the forged circumstances, sent the application form to the employees of the KSF Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “E Telecom”) by receiving the application form and electronically transmitting it.

B. On February 23, 2015, for the purpose of exercising the right at the above location, the Defendant forged a written application for the change of C/UIM in the name of a private document, which is a private document regarding the duty of rights, by the foregoing method, and around that time, exercised the application by printing the written application to employees of the EF Telecom, who knew of the forged circumstances, and transmitting it by electronic means.

On March 12, 2015, the Defendant: (a) forged an application form for the change of C/UIM in the name of a private document, which is a private document regarding the duty of rights, using the foregoing method; (b) around that time, the Defendant used the application form to an employee of the KS Telecom, who is aware of the forged circumstances, in a canned and electronically transmitted it.

On March 29, 2015, the Defendant filed a written application for the change of C/USIM, a private document on the duty of rights, with the intent to exercise the right at the above place.
