A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The request of the applicant for compensation shall be dismissed.

A. Nevertheless, the Defendant entered the 35 fee system of LET-T255 S (AE) with the issuance of a horse terminal (AE) around June 2014 and joined the 80 factoring rate system for LET data unlimited by obtaining the issuance of a horse terminal (AD) and thereby imposed KRW 891,320 on AE mobile phone charges and fees for use of AD mobile phone devices and KRW 1,129,060 on AD mobile phone charges.

Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the Victim SK Telecom, received a mobile phone terminal from the Victim SK Telecom, and acquired financial benefits equivalent to KRW 2,020,380 in total of the above charges.

6. Crimes against the AI of victims;

A. On August 22, 2014, the Defendant, such as the electronic records, connected the SK Telecom G agency G located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the name column of the new service contract with the aim of conducting administrative affairs, and without the AI permission, entered the name column of the new service contract into the name column of the "AI", the address column of Songpa-gu AJ apartment 101 unit******", the contact number column into the "AK" and the "AL" in the resident registration number column, signed the "AI" in the name column of the contract to sell the terminal in the same manner, and signed the "AI" and the address column of the "SAI" to the "SAI" and the "SAI 101 unit unit****", and the contact number column as the "AJ" and signed the "AL" column.

Accordingly, the defendant, who is an electronic record of another person's electronic records on rights and obligations, has forged one file for a new service contract and one file for a short installment transaction contract respectively.

B. On February 25, 2015, the Defendant entered the “AI”, “AM”, “N.”, and “AI” in the name column of the site for an application for change of SK Telecom in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, and signed on the “AI” in the name column of the device/USIM change application form, which was printed as a printer for the purpose of exercising in terms of SK Telecom agency G, located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, and signed on the “AI”.
