A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Seized evidence shall be confiscated as provided for in subparagraphs 6 through 8.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around February 23:10 on February 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) removed the rear door of the store from Nompire (tentatively called “defination”) operated by the victim C, which was close to the victim C; (b) intruded into the store; and (c) took a theft with Chapter 125 of cultural product right equivalent to the total market value of KRW 625,00,000, which is owned by the victim in the safe.

2. On February 8, 2013, at night, the Defendant: (a) had a 50,000 won in cash, which is the owner of the victim located in the plastic capital located in the calculation place; (b) had been invaded into the H animal hospital operated by the Victim F, which was operated by the Victim F, at the time of smuggling, at around 23:20 on February 8, 2013; and (c) had been stolen.

3. Around February 23:40 on February 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) removed and intruded the second floor window crime prevention windows as a date guard; and (b) stolen cash owned by the victim in his/her credit cooperative, which is a cash owned by the victim in his/her credit cooperative.

4. On February 9, 2013, around 00:20 on February 9, 2013, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the building through windows; (b) 420,000 won in cash and 20,000 won in cash inside the cooperative, which is owned by the victim; and (c) stolen the building.

5. On February 9, 2013, at night, the Defendant: (a) invaded the victim’sO during night buildings; (b) invaded the victim’s O operated by the victim’s O in P during smuggling around 01:20 on February 9, 2013; (c) invaded into the building through the rear door; and (d) stolen 190,000 won in cash, which is owned by the victim in the plastic bag adjacent to

6. On March 27, 2013, around 00:10:0 on March 27, 2013, the Defendant: (a) invadedd the victim R, which was operated by the victim R in S, into the building through the second floor window; and (b) stolen the victim’s cash, which is the victim’s possession, with the 81,000 won.
