A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 1, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 05:30, supra, at the beginning of January 2019, the Defendant: (b) opened an entrance using a key attached to “D” operated by the “D” on the first floor B underground in Gui-si, Gui-si; (c) intruded into the office; (d) carried out the entrance; and (e) carried out a 250,000 won or more of the market price of the victim E, who was left on the shock.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victim's property.

2. On March 9, 2019, the Defendant: (a) invadedd at night buildings around 05:05 on March 9, 2019 at the places indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1); (b) invaded by the same method as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1); and (c) stolen cash owned by the said victim C, which had been located in a carter credit cooperative.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victim's property.

3. On March 18, 2019, the Defendant: (a) invadedd at night buildings around 03:40 on March 18, 2019 at the places indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1); and (b) invaded by the same method as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1); and (c) stolen KRW 9,00,000 in cash, which was owned by the said victim C, in a Kabter credit cooperative.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victim's property.
