Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Night-time theft of buildings;
A. At around 03:55 on December 22, 2019, the Defendant: (a) infringed on the victim C’s cosmetic operated by the victim C in Jinju-si; and (b) stolen the cash owned by the victim, 80,000 won, which was the victim’s possession of a thing, by intrusion into the “D Beauty,” operated by the victim C; and (c) invaded into the said cosmetic;
B. On December 29, 2019, around 01:15, the Defendant invaded into “G” operated by the Victim F in Jinju-si, Jinju-si, with an open window, and stolen cash of KRW 181,00,00, which was owned by the victim and was located in the safe.
C. At around 01:50 on December 31, 2019, the Defendant invaded into a “J” coffee shop operated by the victim I located in J, J, and stolen, with one CCTV recording device in the amount of 195,700 won in cash, and 600 won in the market price, which is the victim’s possession in the warehouse of the said car page, and 300,000 won in the market price.
At around 02:00 on December 31, 2019, the Defendant intruded into the “M beauty room operated by the injured party L” operated by K at J at J at J, and stolen the cash amounting to KRW 70,000, which is the ownership of the injured party, and KRW 17,000, which is the owner of the injured party, and KRW 17,00, which is the owner of the injured party.
E. On December 31, 2019, around 02:07, the Defendant: (a) invaded into the “P” coffee shop operated by the Victim O located N in Jinju-si; and (b) stolen cash worth KRW 220,000, which was owned by the victim and was located in the safe.
F. At around 01:25 on January 3, 2020, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the “S” market operated by the Victim R in Q Q at Jinju, through open windows; and (b) stolen cash amounting to KRW 200,00,000, which was owned by the victim and was located in the safe.
G. The Defendant, around 02:45 on January 3, 2020, operated by the Victim U in T in Jin-si, on the V coffee shop.
