A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 8, 2013, around 12:00 on February 8, 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed theft with two bags in which 50,000 won (50,000 won) and one million won in total were included in the “E” office operated by the victim D in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si; and (b) the victim’s 50,000 won (50,000,000 won) located on his/her book.

2. On February 13, 2013, from around 00:30 to 01:00 on February 13, 2013, the Defendant opened the entrance door of the “E” factory operated by the victim D from around 00:30 to around 01:00, and opened the entrance door of the above “E” factory, and had about 15 Aluminium non-explosion amounting to KRW 1,122,800, the market price owned by the victim, which was loaded in the factory. From around 03:00 on the same day to 03:30 on the same day, the Defendant was using three monitors (CCTV monitoring 1,00,000, total market price owned by the victim, who was loaded in the office).

3. On February 17, 2013, the Defendant: (a) went into a “G factory” located in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si on February 17, 2013; (b) and went into a “G factory” factory located in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si; (c) went into a “G factory” factory; and (d) was stolen by using the key located in the said cargo vehicle in the amount of KRW 1,00,000, the market price of the victim H owned by the Defendant, which was parked in the said site.

4. On February 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) from around 05:50 on February 23, 2013 to around 06:10 on the same day, the Defendant: (b) opened an office door to the “L operated by the Victim K” office operated by the Justice Kim Jong-si; (c) opened a credit cooperative using the key of the credit cooperative, which was kept in the books on the books; and (d) cut off the cash amounting to KRW 4,214,00,00 for the victim’s possession.

5. On March 1, 2013, the Defendant of larcenyd on March 1, 2013, was at the “N” located in Kim Jong-si around 19:00 on March 1, 2013, and was at the same time the factory.
