Punishment of the crime
"2016 Highest 341"
1. Night-time theft of buildings;
A. On May 16, 2016, from around 00:00 to 01:00, the Defendant opened and intruded a non-Correctioned window at the “D” model restaurant for the victim C’s operation, which was located in B at the time of residence, with cash holding KRW 550,00,000, which was the victim’s possession, and was kept in a small credit cooperative.

On August 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened the back of a H restaurant that was not set up in front of the G store operated by the Victim F in E at the time of resident stay at around 19:58; and (b) stolen the cash amount of KRW 300,000,000 owned by the victim, which was kept in custody in a small-sized credit cooperative at the same place; (c) opened the intersection between the said restaurant and the G store; and (d) invaded the said store into the said store, and stolen the cash amount of KRW 40,000,000 owned by the victim, which was kept in the said restaurant and the receipt book, with a total of KRW 7,00,00
B. On August 25, 2016, around 19:31, the Defendant intruded at the stores listed in the above-mentioned paragraph 3(a) and stolen KRW 400,000,000 in cash owned by the victim, which was kept in a small credit cooperative.
4. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;
A. On August 15, 2016, the Defendant, at around 19:58, shut down from the first street to the G located in E at the time of permanent stay at around 18:00, without a motorcycle driver’s license, J 49CC rapidly in the 18km section.
