Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 17, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. in the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch, and the above sentence became final and conclusive on September 1, 2011.

The Defendant called at C’s call center and made an application for the lease of water purifiers, etc. in his name, using the personal information of persons who known to the winners of his name, and had the victim install the water purifiers, etc. from his employees, and had them receive money in return.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On August 17, 2010, the Defendant written “E” in the form of contract and the underwriter confirmation column using each part of C’s water purifiers, air conditioners, and sirens lease contract form in Section C around August 17, 2010, and signed on the signature column.

B. On September 14, 2010, the Defendant forged six copies of the siren lease agreement in the name of E, which is a private document concerning rights and obligations, for the purpose of exercising a signature on the contract and the acquisition column, using each one of the forms of the water purifiers, air conditioners, and sirens (lease) contract form, and signing on the signature column.

2. Uttering a falsified investigation document;

A. The Defendant, at the time, at the time, and at the place specified in paragraph 1(a), shall deliver three copies of the forged siren(s) lease contract as if they were duly formed, to C employees who may know of such forgery.

B. The Defendant, at the time, and at the place specified in Paragraph 1(b), displayed each forged private document by delivering three copies of the forged siren(s) contract to C employee who is aware of the forgery as if they were duly formed.

3. Fraud;

A. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1(a) and at the same time, served as the employee of the victim C, and delivered three copies of the forged siren (lease) contract as above to the employee of the said victim.
