A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Import of marijuana;
A. On October 11, 2017, the Defendant settled KRW 255,503 of the price of marijuana with this parcel, an Internet settlement service, at around 01:39, the Defendant decided to import marijuana from a foreign country through a nameless box (hereinafter referred to as “D”).
Accordingly, the person who was not entitled to the above name was sealed in a non-fluorous place below the U.S. border, sealed marijuana 6.27 g g, sealed it in a transparent plastic bag, concealed it in an international ordinary postal bag, and sent the place of receipt to the Republic of Korea after stating the place of receipt as “E, Spa-gu, Spagu, the dispute over the dispute, Korea,” and sent it to the Republic of Korea on November 3, 2017.
Accordingly, the defendant imported marijuana into Korea.
B. On October 25, 2017, the Defendant, at around 18:43 on October 25, 2017, decided to import marijuana from the person under the name of the Defendant, by the said method, and settled the price of marijuana KRW 207,657.
Accordingly, the above person who was not entitled to the name was influoral place below the U.S., sealed 7.06 g (including fX) of marijuana 7.06 g (including fX) in a gambling vinyl, concealed international mail bags, and sent the place of receipt to the Republic of Korea after indicating "B02, E, Spapa-gu, Spagu, Segu, and the Republic of Korea" so that the defendant can receive it. On November 13, 2017, the above person sent the place of receipt to the Republic of Korea and sent it to the Incheon International Airport.
Accordingly, the defendant imported marijuana into Korea.
2. Purchasing or smoking marijuana;
A. The Defendant, around February 15, 2018 to 16, paid 70,000 won to foreigners in the name in the H street in Yongsan-gu Seoul, and purchased 2.60g price of marijuana.
B. The Defendant, at the time of the day specified in the above paragraph (a), smoked in the way that the cans were contained in the Defendant’s residence located in Songpa-gu Seoul EB102, and then added 0.50g price to the cans and added 0.50g price to the cans.
