1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act due to the import of marijuana;

A. On November 2017, the Defendant conspiredd to bring in the name in Canada and narcotics into Korea. On the part of the Defendant’s name in Canada, the Defendant concealed a large amount of franchis in Canada into the iron rink and entered the Defendant’s “Korea” with “C heading, D buildings, Gangna-gu, Sill, E, and the Republic of Korea,” and sent the name in Korea through an international special mail (number F).

On November 3, 2017, the above International Postal Service arrived at the Incheon International Airport (G) H, around 19:20 on November 3, 2017.

After November 6, 2017, the Defendant received the marijuana from the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Building I on November 6, 201.

Accordingly, the defendant imported the marith marijuana in Canada in collusion with the above-mentioned person in the name of the defendant.

B. On November 2017, the Defendant recruited to bring in the name in Canada and narcotics, etc. to the Republic of Korea. On the other hand, the Defendant: (a) concealed them in Canada to the steel scrap case approximately 445 g, respectively; and (b) entered the Defendant’s name in J, “A” purport, “I, D buildings, Gang-gu, Sgu, Sill, and the Republic of Korea; and (c) sent them to the Republic of Korea using international registered mail (Serial number K).

On November 21, 2017, the above International parcel mail arrived at the Incheon International Airport (G) around 19:47 Canadian G air around 2017.

Accordingly, the Defendant imported approximately 890g of hemp in collusion with the above-mentioned person in the name of the defendant.

2. On February 21, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. from Smoking Smoking Smoking (mariju) was smoking by inserting approximately 1g of marijuana into pipes and attaching a fire to the pipe on the apartment M-dong of the Gam-si Lin-si Lin-si Lin-si L, Gin-si, Gin-si, Gin-si, Gin-si.

3. Fraud;
