A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Import of marijuana;

A. The Defendant: (a) on May 201, 2017, during the early May 1, 2017, the cartage containing liquid marijuana from “D” to “D” (hereinafter “mariju”).

6 U.S. dollars 225 were purchased, and the US sand Francisco E was boarded and arrived at the Incheon International Public Port around May 11, 2017.

Accordingly, the defendant imported marijuana.

B. The Defendant, together with F (one name “G”) that he had become aware of in the U.S. study, conspireds to import 12 marijuana sets into the Republic of Korea with H located in the U.S., to import the Republic of Korea. The Defendant: (a) purchased marijuana car stops in the U.S. and concealed them in clothes, shoes, etc. and then deliver them to the Defendant in the Republic of Korea; and (b) the Defendant was to take charge of raising the revenues of the Defendant, respectively.

Pursuant to such a public contest, H: (a) stated as “a person who was sealed in a plastic buffer system B, approximately 12 marijuana 186.98 g, in the U.S., in the paper of vinyl B, and then was transported to Korea,” “J, Sero-gu, Sero-gu, 0678, dispute resolution over the Republic of Korea,” and sent it to Korea by international parcel (K).

On November 26, 2017, the above international parcel post arrived at the Incheon International Airport as L of the United States around 16:35.

Accordingly, the Defendant imported marijuana in collusion with F and H.

2. On November 26, 2017, around 03:00 on November 26, 2017, the Defendant purchased two cubs containing marijuana ingredients in cash amounting to 50,000 won from a person who is not his/her name in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.

3. Smoking and taking in marijuana;

A. On May 2017, the Defendant: (a) placed in the pipe a maribage store imported in the United States, such as the foregoing paragraph 1(a) on the street of Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul; and (b) smoked as the e-mail smoking.

B. The Defendant is in Busan on June 27, 2017.
