A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

In spite of the fact that the Defendant is not a person dealing with narcotics, the Defendant treated the marijuana as follows, although he is not an importer of narcotics or smoking.

1. Import of marijuana;

A. On July 26, 2017, the Defendant, on July 6, 2017, connected the Defendant’s residence of Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, to “D,” the deep web site, ordered the seller of marijuana to use the hemp, and ordered the seller of the hemp to use the hemp in his name. The seller of marijuana inserted 4g of the hemp into a vinyl package and concealed the hemp into a paper card, and then sent the addressee by international ordinary mail, stating the addressee “A and the place of receipt” as “A and 3F C-gu Seoul (A and Seodaemun-gu C3 floor).

Since then, the above postal item was loaded on the aircraft (OK) E, and arrived at the Incheon International Airport in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon on July 26, 2017.

Accordingly, the Defendant imported the hemp 4g.

B. On November 17, 2017, the Defendant: (a) visited the Defendant’s residence on the above deep web site “D”; and (b) ordered the seller of marijuana to use marijuana at the Defendant’s residence on November 17, 2017; and (c) the seller of marijuana sold it to the seller of marijuana by inserting marijuana 7g in the color plastic paper paper paper; and (d) concealing the addressee into the paper paper by stating the place of receipt as “A” and “1 F Eunyeng-Gu Government” (A and Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, one story).

After December 2017, the above postal items were loaded on a non-registered aircraft, and arrived at the Incheon International Airport in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, and the defendant received the above postal items from his residence.

Accordingly, the Defendant imported the hemp plant 7g.

(c)

On December 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) visited the Defendant’s residence on the above deep web site “D”; (b) ordered marijuana sellers on December 11, 2017, by having access to the said deep web site “D”; and (c) the seller of marijuana stored marijuana 7g in the color plastic paper paper, stored the addressee in “A”; and (d) the place of receipt in “1 Funyeng-gu Seoul” (A, Seoul).
