A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On October 2017, the Defendant: (a) conspiredd to purchase the 3g of marijuana from the name influenite who was aware of by accessing the Internet site Pib in the Defendant’s residence, Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu D 401, by means of international mail in the United States; and (b) paid approximately KRW 170,000 in the card.
According to such a public contest, the name infinite entered 3.51g of the hemp day into an international letter-post bag (E) in a paper paper sealed on a paper paper paper that was sealed in the paper paper of the United States, and then entered the place where the defendant receives the said item as "G" so that the defendant can receive the said item, and then sent it to the Republic of Korea under U.S. H H at around October 22, 2017, after entering the place where the defendant received the said item as "F, Spa-gu, Seoul, and 0585."
Accordingly, the defendant imported marijuana in collusion with his name-free persons in Korea.
2. The Defendant, at the end of October 2017, intended to purchase three grams of marijuana from the person in an influence of his/her name by the foregoing method, at the above place, and paid approximately one hundred and nine hundred thousand won of the price by means of a card, while receiving three grams of marijuana seed coats from the person influence of his/her name.
According to such a public contest, the name influence entered 3.69g g of the hemp day and 0.07 g of the hemp seed coats into the paper paper plastic paper, sealed it into the international letter-post bag (I), and entered the place of receiving the mail in F, Spa-gu, Segu, 0585 for the defendant to receive the said mail, and then sent it to the Republic of Korea under UA H H H on November 2, 2017.
Accordingly, the defendant imported marijuana in collusion with his name-free persons in Korea.
