A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 4, 2016, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act, on the ground that at the entrance of the Ulsan apartment parking lot located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, 11:00, the market price of B owned at KRW 15,000, was stolen, and thus, the Defendant was voluntarily accompanied by a police box located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., Ulsan-gu, and requested the head of the police box affiliated with the above police box to take personal information from E, and the Defendant was aware of it.

F’s resident registration number (G) was sent to the above E as the Defendant’s resident registration number.

Accordingly, the defendant used another person's resident registration number unlawfully.

2. Around 05:10 on June 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) indicated that he/she was “H”, “G”, and “H” in his/her resident registration number column; and (b) presented his/her fingerprints to the said E after the name of H, on a written form in which he/she was kept at the above D box.

As a result, the suspect has forged a copy of a statement in the name of H, which is a private document on the proof of facts for the purpose of exercising it, and exercised it.

3. The Defendant forged the signature of the company and signed the above investigation at the same date, time, place, as described in paragraph 2, and forged the statement under H’s name, and stated that “H” in the person’s column for confirmation of the investigation process confirmation and the voluntary accompanying consent, and submitted his fingerprints to the above E, who is unaware of the fact that he had affixed his fingerprints on H’s name.

Accordingly, the defendant forged H's signature for the purpose of exercising it, and exercised it.
