A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[former Fact-finding] On June 21, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of six months to the crime of interference with business at the Jeju District Court on June 21, 2013, and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 27, 2014.
【Criminal Facts】
1. On September 13, 2012, the Defendant: (a) conspired with, around September 13, 2012, the Jeju Military Complex Construction Project (hereinafter “instant construction project”) in front of the main entrance in the construction site of the Jeju Military Complex (hereinafter “instant construction project”); (b) on September 13, 2012 and October 11, due to the obstruction of business, etc., the Defendant was sentenced to a one-year suspension of execution on April 17, 2014; and (c) on September 26, 2014, the said judgment became final and conclusive on September 26, 2014, together with D, and E, around 15:31 of the same day, he/she was seated above the road for eight minutes; (d) in collusion with Samsung Construction Corporation and Samsung Industries Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., a corporation under the influence of the construction project and Samsung C&T, a corporation under which he/she intends to enter the construction site to build other concrete necessary for the instant construction project.
2. On September 24, 2012, the Defendant interfered with the business of the instant construction project, around 13:10 on September 24, 2012, at the entrance of the project team in Seogpo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, for 18 minutes from 13:56 to 14:37 minutes from 13:20 on the same day, for 25 minutes from 17:02 to 17:27 on the same day, and for 36 minutes from 18:09 on the road to 18:45 on the same day, in collusion with H, D, E, I, and J, thereby hindering the progress of construction works, including L vehicles belonging to the instant construction site, thereby interfering with the said construction works and business by force.
3. On October 11, 2012, the Defendant interfered with the business of October 11, 2012, along with the place, M, N,O, P, Q, etc. described in paragraph (2) around 24 minutes from October 11, 2012 to 13:20 on the same day; for 57 minutes from 13:39 on the same day to 14:36 on the same day.
