A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 11, 2013, around 12:36, the Defendant obstructed the progress of construction vehicles, such as ready-mixeds, etc., that were trying to enter a construction site for a concrete building project necessary for the manufacturing process of the said construction project, in a way that the entrance of the residents-gun Complex Construction Project Promotion Bureau located in Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, and for about eight minutes from around 12:44 of the same day, and obstructed the construction work of the Daean C&C Co., Ltd., a corporation and its partner, by force jointly with the said C, by force.

2. On January 24, 2013, at around 12:45, the Defendant obstructed the progress of construction vehicles, such as ready-mixeds, which were trying to enter the construction site for concrete string for the purpose of manufacturing ices necessary for the aforementioned construction work, at the entrance of the project team for resident-military complex construction works in Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, and for about three minutes from around 12:48 of the same day, along with E, from around 12:48 of the same day, the Defendant interfered with the construction works of the F&C Co., Ltd., large forest industry Co., Ltd., a partner company, and New Asia Construction Co., Ltd., Ltd., a corporation with the foregoing E, by force.

3. On April 8, 2013, at around 17:30, the Defendant interfered with the progress of construction vehicles, such as ready-mixeds, which had attempted to enter the construction site for a concrete building necessary for the manufacturing work of the said construction work, in a way that the Defendant, at the entrance of the project team for the resident-military complex construction works in Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, for about 12 minutes from around 17:42 of the same day, and thereby interfered with the construction work of LA, a large forest industry corporation and a partner company, which is a contractor, by force, jointly with the above C, etc.
