A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant committed an act with a “C” with more than five times the actual age of ordinary people, and had a mind to forge a resident registration certificate corresponding thereto.

On 2011, the Defendant delivered the Defendant’s photograph, address, etc. to a person who was not the deceased’s name at a closed place on the day’s irregular date, and the person who was not the deceased’s name sent the Defendant’s photograph to his/her resident registration certificate in a non-existent manner, and sent the Defendant’s photograph to his/her resident registration certificate in a non-existent manner, indicated “C”, “D” (non-existent resident registration number), and “Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gangdong-gu E” registered as the owner by the Defendant’s birth

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with a name-free person, forged a resident registration certificate for C in the name of the head of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, which is an official document for the purpose of uttering.
