A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The seized MGGG Saemaul Savings Depository (issuance on September 4, 201) shall be in the name of one (No. 2) and C.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 2014, the Defendant: (a) heard that “The head of the Tong shall receive money from the head of the Tong by re-issuance of a passbook; (b) the head of the Tong shall give 30 million won to the head of the Tong by creating the resident registration certificate; (c) taken a photo with the F2-story photographer in E at Silung-si; and (d) taken the photo with the above head of the department “D”.

The above "head of D" created a copy of the resident registration certificate printed with the defendant's photograph and "C, G, Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, the Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government head of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on March 4, 2011," at an infinite location and in an unsound manner.

The Defendant forged one resident registration certificate under the name of the head of Gangdong-gu Office, a public document, for the purpose of uttering in collusion with the head of the department in the foregoing manner.

2. Crimes for re-issuance of passbook C;

A. Forgery of private documents - The Defendant, upon receipt of a request from the “D chief” to create a passbook in the name of C”, sent a forged resident registration certificate and C’s seal as referred to in the above paragraph (1). On September 4, 2014, at the MG Saemaul Fund located in 40, Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, stated “C” in the reporter column of the report form for the issuance of the passbook and the change report form, and affixed C’s seal attached thereto.

The Defendant, in collusion with the “D chief” in the foregoing manner, forged one copy of the report on the issuance and change of passbook C, which is a private document related to the certificate of fact, for the purpose of uttering.

B.
