A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Seized evidence Nos. 48 through 57, 105 through 110 shall be forfeited from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

In collusion with a person who is unable to know his/her name, the "C team leader" (hereinafter referred to as the "C team leader") collected personal information, such as another person's name, resident registration number, etc., illegally, and forged resident registration certificates, driver's license, etc. used as an identification card in the Republic of Korea, and recruited 20 young males of the Republic of Korea to create a one-person passbook and a mobile phone for telephone financial fraud, etc. using the forged identification card, and in collusion with the recruited person, forged his/her identification card by using a photograph received from the recruited person, and forged his/her identification card and used it by stealing another person's name.

The Defendant, in collusion with the team leader, sent a photograph used to forge the resident registration certificate to the team leader, forged the resident registration certificate under the name of another person, conspired with the C team leader and one-person D leader E, and received the forged resident registration certificate from the above E, and then issued the passbook and a card linked to the passbook at the bank using the forged resident registration certificate.

In collusion with the team leader, the Defendant sent the Defendant’s photograph to the e-mail address of the team leader on January 2014, and around that time, the C team leader sent the Defendant’s photograph to the e-mail address of the C team leader, and indicated “F, G, and Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Head” using the F’s resident registration certificate held in an irregular manner at a place in the vicinity and affixed his official seal in red color, and then forged the Defendant’s photograph by the foregoing method, including forging a copy of the Defendant’s resident registration certificate against F under the name of the head of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government head of the Gu Office, which is an official document, for the purpose of exercising the Defendant’s photograph by inserting the Defendant’s photograph.
