A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Although the Defendant was not entrusted with the opening of a mobile phone and the receipt of a mobile phone, the Defendant: (a) on October 4, 201, in F operated by E in the Dong-gu Daejeon District on the mobile phone subscription application and the sales contract for the terminal opening, the Defendant: (b) on October 4, 201, entered “C” in the name column, resident number column, “G” in the resident number column, and the address column in order to protect personal information; (c) written “C” in each name and signed “C” in each name.

As a result, the Defendant forged the application form for the purchase of a mobile phone in the name of C, which is a private document on the rights and duties, and one copy of each contract for the use of a mobile phone, which is a private document on the right and duties, and forged 7 copies of the application form for the purchase of a mobile phone in the name of four victims on the same day as the attached crime list.

2. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1, exercised each of the above F’s application form for admission of a falsified mobile phone and each of the seven copies of the sales contract form, which is a document duly formed, to the E of the above F, who is aware of the forgery.

3. The defrauded presented the date and time stated in Paragraph 1, and at the same place, the application form for the purchase of a forged mobile phone, the certificate of personal seal impression and the certified copy of the resident registration card of C, which he had been in possession of in advance, at the above place, to the effect that “A, while operating a mobile phone, he/she opened a mobile phone with a certificate of personal seal impression, etc. as he/she was required to operate a mobile phone rapidly, and thus, he/she opened the mobile phone under C’s name by suggesting the certificate of personal seal impression and the certified copy of the resident registration card obtained by an irregular means, and “A shall have a copy of the application form and identification card necessary for opening the mobile phone by the next day.”
