【The Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Seoul Southern District Court on April 21, 2017 and completed the execution of the sentence at the Seoul Southern District Court on August 24, 2017.

[Criminal Facts]

1. On November 1, 2017, at around 13:05, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim D management room located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Jung-gu, by using a gap in the victim’s surveillance negligence; (b) using the victim’s surveillance room at the entrance of the store; (c) using a cresh in which the victim’s surveillance was displayed at the entrance of the store, the Defendant stolen the victim by changing the victim’s 1,00-day white shote that was reported by

On November 1, 2017, at around 13:09, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim F store located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with a 1,000 Adis white movement picture at the location of the store, displayed at the entrance of the store by using a cresh in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected; (b) the Defendant stolen the victim’s G store located in Jung-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government.

3. On November 1, 2017, at around 13:40 on November 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim I’s I management room located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Jung-gu with a gap in the victim’s surveillance at the entrance of the store using the gap in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected; and (b) with one turn on, an Adidym examination color movement at the market price of KRW 59,000.

4. On November 2, 2017, around 08:35, the Defendant: (a) cut off the door of the 1st floor of the K Building in Jung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City by putting the victim L at the entrance of the 390,000 won in cash, leaving the door to the entrance of the gate of the building; and (b) cut off the bags for female women in the city where 390,000 won is located.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victims' property amounting to the total market price of 657,000 won every four times.
