Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for six months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Special larceny Defendants: (a) based on the gaps in which the surveillance of pointmen was neglected at the department store event site; and (b) Defendant B conspired with Defendant A to steal the items displayed at the event site; and (c) committed theft jointly and jointly as follows.

The Defendants, around 15:00 on October 21, 2012, around 15:0, at the mid-gu Daejeon, the second floor F event site for E department stores in Daejeon, Defendant A, who took up the surrounding areas and sees the network, stolen the Defendant’s 1 punishment of female seat trading in the amount of KRW 69,000 in the market price of the Victim G management, which was displayed at the sales stand by taking advantage of the gaps of the power center’s surveillance negligence.

C. At around 14:00 on December 23, 2012, the Defendants: (a) laid down one set of man-pocker with a total market value of KRW 210,000 in the victim K management, which had been displayed at a sales stand in the same manner as at the fifth fifth-class event site of the E department store; and (b) cut off the victim K management by hand.

On March 24, 2013, at around 13:30, the Defendants: (a) cut off a female 200 won, which was displayed in a sales stand in the same manner at the second L event site of E department stores; and (b) cut off a 1 emergency vehicle, which was located on his/her hand, in an amount equivalent to KRW 89,00,00.

2. The theft of Defendant A;

A. At around 13:00 on March 16, 2013, the Defendant: (a) laid off goods at the event site of E Department Store 6 E department stores; (b) laid down one set of female store 1 punishment amounting to KRW 87,000 in the market price of the victim’s O management, which had been displayed at a sales stand by taking advantage of the gaps in the surveillance negligence of the point center; and (c) laid down one set of female store 200 won in his/her hand.

B. On March 23, 2013, around 17:45, the Defendant: (a) laid down a 100,000-day male sports unit in the market price of the victim M management, which was displayed at a sales stand in the same manner at the 2nd L event site of the E department store; and (b) cut off the 100,000-day electric shock vehicle by hand.
