[criminal power] On July 19, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Incheon District Court. On August 12, 2017, the Incheon Detention House completed the enforcement of the sentence.

"2018 Highest 4420"

1. On July 28, 2018, at around 12:00 on July 28, 2018, the Defendant stolen the property managed by the victim D, including that: (a) around 49,90 won of the market price managed by D, which was displayed at a place by taking advantage of the gaps of employees, such as C security team leader D, etc., in the three-story stores located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, by inserting her 49,900 won into the shopping bags; (b) including that the Defendant brought about the entry of her her chinaet Sket in the shopping bags in total of 13 times in the market price, as described in the attached list of crimes (1).

2. On August 8, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 14:00 on August 14, 2018, the first floor store underground in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, wherein surveillance of F, etc., which is the C Security Team staff, was displayed in the middle bags by taking advantage of the gaps in surveillance of F, etc., the employees of the C Security Team in Geumcheon-gu, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul; and (b) included one Ethical tetht in the shopping bags in total of KRW 79,200,000 in the market price managed by F, as indicated in the list of crimes (2) in attached Form 12, and stolen the property managed by the victim F.

1. On July 14, 2018, around 17:17:17, 2018, the Defendant: (a) placed the victim H management room on the sixth floor of the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G building in the first room in the management of the victim H; (b) placed the gap of his employees, including the victim, in the new box, in a brupted box, the amount of 119,000 won of the market price, which was located in the new box; and (c) cut off in the shopping bag that was in possession of the 119,000 won of the market price.

2. Crimes committed on August 3, 2018;

A. On August 3, 2018, at around 13:55, the Defendant, at the I shop in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government’s sixth floor of the Victim J management, and at the I shop in Geumcheon-gu, the gap between the victim’s employees and the victim’s employees’ surveillance is equivalent to the sum of KRW 188,600, and the market value is equivalent to KRW 54,50.
