A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around early April 2015, the Defendant: (a) laid down a fratule in the victim D’s “E” store managed by Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (b) laid down a 1 emergency warning fratization of approximately KRW 239,000 in the market price in the display stand and stolen the frate.

2. On April 15, 2015, around 18:20, the Defendant discovered at the central library reading room of the fiveth floor of the Hongknam University Student Center located in Mapo-gu Seoul, Mapo-gu, Seoul, Masan-ro, 94 (Sang-dong), approximately KRW 35,000 of the market price owned by the victim F. The Defendant stolen one of the above f.m. using the gap in the location of the victim.

3. On April 22, 2015, around 21:44, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by putting on 1,00 an emergency flash vehicle, which is approximately KRW 239,00 of the market price in the display stand, in the “E” sports store managed by the victim D in Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

4. On April 23, 2015, around 02:18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by putting approximately KRW 48,000 of the market price displayed in the “I” clothes managed by the victim H in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with a fluence of approximately 48,000 won.

1. The Defendant for theft:

A. On April 13, 2015, around 22:40, the victim K located in Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu “L” convenience store managed by the victim K, citing one of the wells with the market price equivalent to KRW 900,000, which was located in the relevant unit by taking advantage of the gap in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected;

B. At around 17:05 on April 15, 2015, the victim saw an article in the same place as that of the preceding paragraph and steals a ice b,900 won at the market price in the cresh by using the cresh where the surveillance of the above victim was neglected; and steals a ice b,900 won at the market price;

C. On April 21, 2015, around 19:50, the victim victimO located adjacent to the “Ncck bank of the first floor of Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Ma 1stropoly cut off one of the 200,000 Won of the market price containing a new card, cash card, 6,000 won, which the victim used to set a lock on his own will.

2. The Defendant who violated the Fraudulent Act or the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act shall be on April 21, 2015.
