Punishment of the crime

C On January 2, 2013, the Suwon District Court sentenced 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Personal Information Protection Act to 10 months, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on the 10th of the same month, and is currently in the grace period, and the Defendants are not both persons handling narcotics.

1. Joint criminal conduct by Defendant C and D

A. At around 20:00 on July 12, 2013, the Defendants smoked marijuana by setting about 0.5g of hemp on the top of the building in the Namyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, and by turning about approximately 0.5g of hemp on the top of the lided lid, and heating it into a Rater, thereby spreading it.

B. At around 20:00 on July 24, 2013, the Defendants, along with L and M, put approximately 0.1g of psychotropic drugs in the glass pipe, put approximately 0.1g of psychotropic drugs-related Melopon in the top of the building located in Namyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, and administered philopon as soon as possible, by means of heating them in the glass pipe.

C. The Defendants: (a) around 23:00 on July 28, 2013, around 1-B.

At the same place as the paragraph, approximately 0.1g of philophonephones were administered in such a way as the above.

2. Defendant C and E’s co-offenders: (a) around 21:00 on July 16, 2013, along with O, P, Q, at Ssing rooms in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government R, 1-A.

In the same way as the paragraph, approximately 0.5 grams of marijuana were smoked by spreading 0.5 grams.

3. Joint criminal conduct by Defendant C and A

A. The Defendants around 22:00 on July 16, 2013, at the same Snobya, set forth in Section 1-A.

In the same way as the paragraph, approximately 0.5 grams of marijuana were smoked by spreading 0.5 grams.

B. The Defendants: (a) around 08:00 on July 19, 2013, at the Mourel guest room where the trade name in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Tlley trees is unknown; (b) No. 1-B.

In the same way as the paragraph, approximately 0.1g of philophonephones were administered.

4. Joint principal offenders committed by Defendant C and B
