1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year;

However, the defendant A for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are friendly-gu and Defendant A collected and stored marijuana trees (40 to 50cm in length) for the purpose of smoking, by discovering a marith (40 to 50cm in length) of marijuana trees, which are located behind the D stations located in G in G Kimpo-si, G Kimpo-si, Gyeonggi-si on November 7, 2018.

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

A. At around 17:00 on November 16, 2018, the Defendants jointly smoked marijuana in a way that contains approximately 0.5g of hemps in tobacco pipe ( approximately 5cm in length) and inhales it by putting about 0.5g of hemps into tobacco pipe ( approximately 5cm in length).

B. At around November 28, 2018, the Defendants jointly smoked marijuana in a way that contains approximately 0.5g of hemps into tobacco pipe, fluences, and inhales it in the h park behind the toilet located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Dongdaemun-gu.

2. Defendant A

A. On November 28, 2018, the Defendant received marijuana: (a) around 20:45, the Defendant: (a) sent and received marijuana free of charge to B by putting approximately 0.5gg of hemp in tobacco pipe in the Defendant’s Ichip car parked in the H Park On-Road Parking Lots located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

B. At around 20:50 on November 28, 2018, the Defendant: (a) carried marijuana in a manner that contains 1.28ggs of hemps; (b) one Aluminium cans containing 2.5gs of hemps; and (c) one strings containing 2.5gs of hemps; and (d) one strings containing 0.1gs of hemps in newspapers; and (b) carries marijuanas in a manner that contains 0.1gs of hemps and uses it on Defendant’s hand.

3. Defendant B - A around November 28, 2018: (a) around 20:45, the Defendant receives marijuana and smoked a pipe of tobacco, which contains approximately 0.5 grams of hemp, parked in the H Park On-Road Parking Lots in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, within the Ichip car of A, and inhales it with fire.
