Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months, and imprisonment with prison labor for ten months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

A. From April 21, 2018 to 09:40 on April 21, 2018, the Defendants conspired to take part of the tobacco belonging to Gyeyang-gu Incheon, Gyeyang-gu C and D, with approximately 0.5gg of marijuana in the space, put them into the space, put the bubs off with the bubs, and smoked marijuana in a way of drinking the smoke.

B. On November 2018, the Defendants conspired to smoke approximately 0.5g of marijuana in the same manner as Paragraph 1(a) from the Seocheon-si Etel F around the night.

C. From February 18, 2019 to around 19:00, the Defendants conspired to smoke about 0.5g of marijuana in the same manner as paragraph 1(a) in the off-si EtelF between Bupyeong-si and around 19:00.

2. At around 11:10 on February 19, 2019, Defendant B kept, by inserting approximately 19.62g of hemp 19.62g, built in Seocheon-si Etel F, in an insular e-mail.
