A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall trade or smoke marijuana, and no person other than the narcotics handler shall cultivate it.

1. On March 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received a proposal from a police officer D to d to cultivate and smoke marijuana in the Defendant’s house to cultivate marijuana in the same manner; (b) received lighting fixtures, windings, flowers, and plant nutritions necessary for growing marijuana seeds 2 eggs and marijuana; and (c) cultivated 1 madb in the Defendant’s house b3 in Yongsan-gu, Seoul from the end of May 2013 to the end of May 2013.

2. Around March 25, 2013, the Defendant purchased approximately 1.50,000 g of marijuana from the G’s house located in 101, Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F building at KRW 10,00.

3. Points of smoking marijuana;

A. On April 10, 2013, the Defendant, at around 21:00, smoked marijuana with HF car parked in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, containing approximately 0.5g of marijuana purchased, such as the foregoing paragraph (2), with a fire attached to 1, which is made by inserting about 0.5g of marijuana.

B. At around 15:00 on May 2013, the Defendant: (a) approximately 0.5g of marijuana purchased at the Defendant’s home at around 15:0, as described in the foregoing paragraph (2).

In the same way as the paragraph, I sent back with I, and smoked marijuana.

C. At around 23:00 as of June 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) placed approximately 0.5g of the hemp plants cultivated at the Defendant’s home, as above, in the pipe for smoking water manufactured by a glass bottle; (b) affixed a fire, and smoked marijuana together with D.

On July 7, 2013, the Defendant 3-5g, approximately 0.5g of marijuana cultivated at D’s house located in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, D, 828, as described in the above paragraph (1), from among marijuana cultivated as described in the above paragraph (1).

In the same manner as Paragraph D, the Maitius smoked marijuana with D.

E. On July 19, 2013, the Defendant’s house at around 19:00, the foregoing paragraph 1 applies to the Defendant.
