Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, each of the above punishments shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Even if the Defendants were not the authorized person handling narcotics, they traded and smoked marijuana as follows.
1. Trade in marijuana;
A. At around 01:00 on December 31, 2012, the Defendants purchased 1.50,000 won for the sales of marijuana from Gangnam-gu Seoul E clubs, and purchased approximately 1.50,000 won for the sales of marijuana in their names.
B. At around 01:00 on January 5, 2013, the Defendants purchased approximately 100,000 won for the sales of marijuana in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F clubs, and purchased approximately 1.5g of hemp from the Plaintiff.
C. At around 23:00 on January 19, 2013, the Defendants purchased approximately 100,000 won for the sales of marijuana in their names, and purchased approximately 1g of hemp from them.
In the end, the Defendants conspired to purchase the hemp plant at least three times as above.
2. Smoking marijuana;
A. At around 01:30 on December 31, 2012, the Defendants: (a) smoked in the framework near the above E clubs; (b) one cigarette in a non-fluor; and (c) made marijuana tobacco containing approximately 0.5g of the hemp purchased in that manner; and (d) made fluorcing by attaching a fire.
B. At around 05:00 on December 31, 2012, the Defendants: (a) made marijuana tobacco containing approximately 0.5 grams of the hemp plants; and (b) smoked in such a way as to smoke by attaching a fire.
C. At around 01:30 on January 5, 2013, the Defendants: (a) made the hemp tobacco containing approximately 0.5 grams of the hemp plant; and (b) smoked in such a way as to smoke by attaching a fire.
At around 03:00 on January 5, 2013, the Defendants, as seen above, smoked by making marijuana tobacco containing approximately 0.5g of hemps, and attaching a fire to smoking.
E. The Defendants, around 05:00 on January 5, 2013, made the hemp tobacco containing approximately 0.5g of hemps as above, will have to spread by attaching a fire.
